On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me….Day 1 of the 12k’s of Christmas challenge. For the next 12 days I plan to run 1 km per day. And I want to invite you along with me! If you’re not a runner, you can walk! Or, if you are looking for a way to get into running, starting with one kilometre a day is a great way to build up your endurance.
So bundle up with your hat, coat and mitts, or lace up your shoes on the treadmill and commit to getting your move on everyday until Christmas!
