In the busyness that is today’s world, our minds sometimes don’t stop. We are constantly wrapped up in this ‘there are not enough hours in the day’ mentality and that ‘we can sleep when were dead’ concept. Though I am hustling hard to build my health and wellness empire, I am constantly reminding myself and taking the time to ensure I have a good nights sleep. Truth is, I love my sleep! A Happy Canada Day to all my fellow Canadians!
I am so grateful to have both you and all my followers along with me on this journey to health and wellness. I have officially been writing for this blog for a year- and I cannot believe how fast it has gone.
Maybe you have been hearing about them over social media, maybe you had no idea that people were using essential oils again, or maybe all you know about essential oils is that they are oils. Either way, I wanted to take some time to share with you a little bit about my experience with them, and also to educate you a bit more on how easy they are to use!
If you have been following along with me for the past year on my blogging journey, then you will know I am a big advocate for loving yourself. In a day where social media is so in your face, there are even more ways than ever to trick you into thinking you are not good enough, or that you don’t measure up.
Finally, the warm weather is here. We can all come out of hibernation! Bring on the cottage weekends, travelling to meet family, evening activities and day trips. I live for these things, but this can usually mean trying to eat faster meals, eating on the go and not always a lot of time for meal prep.

It’s tough to expect to succeed in crushing your goals and achieving things if you don’t have a plan and are just going through your days all willy nilly. Instead, to be the most productive you can be, by making plans, writing them down and following some of these other steps will help you to be on your game and accomplish what you want to!
