Last year around this time, I shared with you some tips to stay well over the holidays, and I wanted to bring some of those tips back for you.
Happy Sunday Y’all. I had a pretty great day today! We got some family photos taken on a Christmas tree farm, I just finished an awesomely rejuvenating yoga practice with my husband and I finally finished a book I have been reading for the last month and a half.
Tis’ the season for illness. I am talking, coughs and colds. And this is about the only thing about this season that I don’t enjoy! Give me all the of colorful leaves, the sweater weather, the Christmas cheer, the lights and the coziness that winter brings. But colds. Ain’t nobody got time for that.
I’ve been anticipating this post and sharing with you my results from the 7 day detox. I want to preface this by saying my results will be nothing related to the scale, in fact I didn’t even use the scale once on this detox to measure anything. There is nothing better than crawling into my bed after a long day and drifting off to sleep. As a mom, I don’t always get enough of it (early rising toddler over here), and I really feel the effects if I am sleep deprived. Continue reading “Sleep: The Natural Healer”
A Happy Canada Day to all my fellow Canadians!
I am so grateful to have both you and all my followers along with me on this journey to health and wellness. I have officially been writing for this blog for a year- and I cannot believe how fast it has gone.
