How many of you scroll through social media and see women crushing their workouts, day after day and it makes you think “I wish I was motivated like they are to workout”? “They make it look so easy”, “I wish I could do that too”. Well, I am here to tell you you can! It’s all in the way you perceive it.
Today I wanted to share with you a few misconceptions that people have about being active, and exercising. I’m really hoping to bust some of the things that can be used to hold people back or lead people to not be active so that we can all lead a life where we move on the regular!
I have always been looking for a way to get an effective workout in fast. As much as I enjoy working out and the sweat while doing it, I don’t really have the time, nor do I wanted to spend the time working out for multiple hours. Now more than ever, with being a mom and having all the responsibilities that come along with that while maintaining a house and having a life, truthfully it does not leave a whole lot of time to devote to working out.
