I often get people asking me how I find the time for myself while raising a toddler, working full time, taking care of a home, and spending time with my husband, family and friends.

Truth is, it isn’t always as easy as it looks. And often, I don’t feel like I have the time to do it all. I still feel all of those normal feelings like guilt, or feeling like I should be doing something else. So how do I do it?

Pre-Pregnancy Weight- It really is just a number and I have proof!

I would be lying if I said that I did not have the goal to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight. This weight had been a great baseline for me as a place to strive to return to. Before I became pregnant, I will be honest in saying that I was worried about having to succumb to the pregnancy weight gain. I had spent the better part of the last 3 years coming a long way on my weight loss journey, losing over 50 pounds and I was nervous to slip back to that place, growing a baby or not.
