We are just back from our annual family cottage week. All rested and rejuvenated. This is our third year getting away and renting a cottage as a family.
If you have been following along with me for the past year on my blogging journey, then you will know I am a big advocate for loving yourself. In a day where social media is so in your face, there are even more ways than ever to trick you into thinking you are not good enough, or that you don’t measure up.
The last couple years I have become a reading junkie. I am ALWAYS reading something and always have my eye out for the next good book to add to my list! Currently, while I am still in school, and needing to do all the readings for that, I am not able to read for leisure as much as I would like to. I look forward to finishing up this certification later this year, so that I can spend more time with my nose in a book.
There’s a saying… every little bit counts. And when it comes to wanting to live a healthier lifestyle and incorporate more whole foods into your nutrition, this mantra couldn’t be more accurate.
