2 more months to end 2017 with a bang!

With Halloween being over, and Christmas already knocking at our door (I am not complaining), I cannot believe that we are rounding into the end of 2017.It is encouraging me to reflect back to what I had set out to do this year, what my New Years resolutions were, and to see how far I have come. I remember the end of December last year. I was excited to start the new Bikini Body Mommy challenge that was coming out! As an aside, I must say for any new mom who is looking to get back into shape or any mom who wants access to a free program, Brianna Christine’s method and message is so motivating, and most of what she offers is free when you register for her website, which is also free. With planning to start this journey, I assembled an accountability group consisting of both women around the world doing this program as well as some of my co-workers and friends were going to do it too. I was determined to succeed, see the 90 days through and make 2017 my year.Flash forward 11 months...I have accomplished so much this year! I have lost a total of 20 pounds, discovered my passion for helping others with their health and fitness goals, enrolled in an online course to get certified to do that, and I started this blog!  Now I would say that I have been so successful, however that does not mean that I don't continue to challenge myself to grow and change and make each day the best that I can.I want to extend this challenge onto you. We have roughly 2 months left in the year. Two more months of 2017.Think back to last New Year’s Eve, what were your hopes for the year? What did you want to achieve. If you have a fitness or nutrition goal or are looking to lose weight, you still have time to make some significant changes! The average recommended weight loss is 2 pounds per week. If you are losing at this rate, not only is it healthy for your body, but you are more likely to be able to keep it off! That being said, if you started a nutrition and fitness plan next week, you could lose 14 pounds by the end of the year! Not only that, but by incorporating more fruits and vegetables, proteins, healthy fats- all in balance with each other, you would be able to drastically change your energy levels, body functioning and the way that you feel overall! Who wouldn't want to feel better! If you need some support, and want to make the next 7 weeks of 2017 the best you have this year, please reach out to me! I would love to work with you to finish off the year in health! What are you going to do to make the next 7 weeks count? I would love to hear it!Hugs and Kisses,Andrea
