Happy Sunday Y'all. I had a pretty great day today! We got some family photos taken on a Christmas tree farm, I just finished an awesomely rejuvenating yoga practice with my husband and I finally finished a book I have been reading for the last month and a half. The book is written by Rachel Hollis, you may have seen it around, it's called "Girl, Wash Your Face".07fe67950b3007b45682164f1d8aaa5eYou NEED to go buy this book. Like literally now. Hop on Amazon, or Indigo, throw it into your cart and lock it down. You will not be sorry you did.I place a lot of importance on personal development books. There is always room for us to learn and grow as humans, and books that challenge you, encourage you to grow and provide you with tools for change are incredibly valuable and something if you don't already read, you should really explore.Rachel spends this book addressing many self limiting beliefs, and negative self talk patterns we all have been guilty of saying to ourselves at one time or another. She pairs it with anecdotes from her life and how these thoughts have held her back, and then she provides you with concrete, actionable things you can do to start getting yourself out of your ruts, and move forward with living your best life. She addresses our subconscious beliefs like:

I'm Not Good EnoughI Need To Make Myself SmallerI Will Never Get Through ThisI'm Not a Good Mom

It's a very simple and easy to read book. And you don't need to be a mom to read it either. This information and these tools really as transferable to anyone in any stage of life.So have you read this book yet? Let me know what you think if you have!Hugs and Kisses,andrea-cute-signature
