Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Balls
I thought I would share another easy recipe with you guys this week. I am ALL about easy. When something is easy, and it tastes great. That's a double win! I can't take credit for this recipe, I screen shotted it from someone that I follow on Instagram so I can't link it back to the source, but if you happen to see this recipe and it's yours... THANK YOU!These are a delicious treat packed with lots of nutritious components and they are very low in added sugar. The balls are no bake so once you put all the ingredients together and roll them up, you just have to pop them into the fridge and they are ready to go!Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Balls (Makes 12 medium sized)3/4 cup of organic peanut butter1 tbsp real maple syrup1 dash of pink sea salt1 tsp natural vanilla extract1 cup of rolled oats1/2 bar of organic fair trade dark chocolate, chopped into chunks (Here's a note about the chocolate as well, don't leave it in your car on a hot day when you buy it... my bad..)Mix PB, syrup, salt and vanilla in a bowl. Once combined, add the oats and the chocolate and stir together. Roll 1 tbsp sized batter into balls. Place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. EAT!That's it, and you end up with wonderful little balls of heaven! Be sure to tag @balanceblissblog if you try out the recipe!Hugs and Kisses,Andrea
